Resale Policy

At Stride Lab Shop, all products sold on our website are intended for personal use only.

To protect product availability, pricing integrity, and the overall customer experience, the unauthorized resale of products purchased from Stride Lab Shop is strictly prohibited.

No Resale Permitted

Products purchased from Stride Lab Shop may not be purchased for the purpose of resale on any third-party website, marketplace, platform, or through any unauthorized retail channel.

This includes, but is not limited to, resale through:

  • online marketplaces
  • third-party e-commerce platforms
  • social selling platforms
  • unauthorized retail or wholesale distribution channels

Our Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that an order is being placed for resale purposes, we reserve the right to:

  • cancel any current or open orders
  • refuse future orders
  • limit quantities purchased
  • suspend or restrict customer accounts
  • void any unused gift cards, store credits, rewards, or promotional benefits associated with the account

We may take these actions without prior notice if we believe an order violates this policy. This follows the same enforcement approach described on the reference page.

Freight Forwarders and Forwarding Addresses

Orders associated with freight forwarders, package forwarding services, or addresses identified as forwarding locations may be cancelled at our discretion.

If we determine that an account or shipping address is connected to a freight forwarding service or similar arrangement, we also reserve the right to void any associated gift cards, promotional credits, rewards, or account benefits. The reference page expressly includes this freight-forwarder restriction.

Business and Bulk Purchase Restrictions

Stride Lab Shop reserves the right to restrict or refuse purchases that appear to be placed for:

  • resale
  • redistribution
  • unauthorized export
  • commercial re-listing
  • bulk purchasing inconsistent with normal consumer use

We may also limit quantities per customer, household, account, payment method, or shipping address where necessary.

Policy Enforcement

To enforce this policy, we may review order activity, account behavior, shipping details, and other relevant information. We reserve the right to make all final decisions regarding whether a purchase violates this Resale Policy.
